Art is a visual experience.  It can’t be described in words.  For me it grew out of music.

My methods of composition emerged from my experience as a classically trained pianist, utilizing structural ideas going back at least to J.S. Bach.

Ok, so in three hundred years things have changed, but oddly remnants of DNA remain. The most avant-garde performance is still understood by what it is not and what fragments of history lurk in the shadows.

I think of my art as an expressive, but intelligent movement that reveals all, choreographed much like a modern dance performance.
